One-On-One Personal Training
Altitude Fitness’s exclusive Personal Training services are for those looking for safe, individualized training that is focused on YOU! Focus areas can include weight loss/body composition, strength training/muscular development, aerobic/cardiovascular training, core balance/stability, flexibility/stretching, nutrition advising, goal setting, and program design/workout strategies.

4 Sessions – $220

Partner Personal Training (2 People)
Our partner training is designed for those clients who would prefer to work out with a friend/training partner. Your training is still all-inclusive Personal Training, but since you and your partner will be training at the same time, it allows you to take advantage of a price break per client.

Semi-Private Group Training (3-4 People)
Semi-Private Group Personal Training is similar to our partner training option. This is designed for a group of clients (3-4 people) with similar goals that would prefer to train together and is catered specifically to the group. Price breaks are furthered per client depending on the size of the group.

Altitude Fitness Nutrition Coaching is designed to help you unravel the mystery of nutrition. You will learn proven information and techniques from our Registered Dietitian Nutritionist to help you increase energy and improve your health and fitness.

Nutrition Consultation (90 Minutes) – $150

For your initial consultation, you’ll start with a thorough assessment of your health and nutrition status by discussing your medical history, diet history, physical activity habits, lifestyle routines (stress, sleep, self-care), and usual food patterns and preferences. Armed with this information, our dietitian can then proceed with a nutrition consult during which they’ll share essential nutrition information, helpful tips and recipes, and strategies to set you on the path toward a healthier life. Lastly, together, you’ll create a comprehensive nutrition plan based upon your unique health and performance goals to set you up for nutrition and wellness success!

– Initial 60-75 minute comprehensive assessment and consult
– Detailed nutrition recommendations and comprehensive plan provided via email, in addition to a short phone discussion so you can ask questions (15-30 min)

Nutrition Guidance (45 Minutes) – $75/session or bundle options:

– Two 45-minute follow-up consults: $138
– Four 45-minute follow-up consults: $252
– Six 45-minute follow-up consults: $342

After your initial consult, you may choose to complete your nutrition plan on your own OR take your health goals a step further! With follow-up appointments and follow-up bundles to choose from, you’ll have access to the tools and education you need to improve your health with your Registered Dietitian Nutritionist there to support you all the way! You’ll discuss successes and any setbacks and they’ll provide you with further knowledge and confidence to continue creating healthy, sustainable habits. You’ll leave every appointment with product recommendations, healthy recipe ideas, and any other worksheets or resources to fit your needs. As an added bonus, you’ll have access to Rae via email and/or text between appointments to help answer questions and offer
additional encouragement, as needed.
– One or more 30 minute follow up sessions one to three weeks after initial consult
– Unlimited text and email support between initial consult and final follow-up
– Worksheets, resources and activities relevant to personal needs and goals

Remote Programming

Our remote programming is completely tailored to meet the needs of any individual. Your coach will meet with you in person or virtually, to discuss your training goals, and develop relevant methods of assessing your strengths and weakness. Your coach will take this data and create a fully personalized training program, designed to fit you. Programs can range from 3 to 10 training hours per week depending on the client’s capabilities and training stress management. Remote programming also gives you online access to your program as a living document, so you can post information about your workout in real time for your coach to review.
