Nutrition
Altitude Fitness Nutrition Coaching is designed to help you unravel the mystery of nutrition. You will learn proven information and techniques to help you increase energy and improve your health and fitness.
Nutrition Consultation (1 Hour) – $40
A consultation with one of our knowledgeable coaches will be divided into 3 parts; information/instruction, food journal review, and question/answer. Your coach will cover planning, preparation, and recipe development. You will learn the nutritional tools that have helped so many of our clients become success stories!
Nutrition Guidance (1 Month) – $120/Month
The 1 Month Nutrition Guidance will start with an hour consultation as described above and will also include ongoing support for implementing what you’ve learned. This service includes weekly client check-ins and continuous feedback from your coach. Communication will continue through the month with unlimited text, email, and/or Facebook messaging. The option for in-person communication is also available before or after class/workouts, as time allows. The month-long guidance is for the individual looking for accountability with the desire to make a serious commitment to their overall health and nutrition. This is a great option for anyone looking for help to make a more permanent lifestyle change.
Body Composition Testing
Measuring an individual’s body composition determines the percentage of fat and lean mass on their body. This measurement is helpful to know because ideal body fat percentages and lean muscle mass differ by gender, age, and sport. The scale and the mirror are not the best way to judge body fat and may not be a reliable way to rate the success of a fitness program. By regularly monitoring body fat, using either the skinfold or BIA (bioelectrical impedance) method, you can have a better picture of true body composition. Body composition testing is a great way to set a baseline and track progress. Body composition testing is conducted by Certified Personal Trainers.
Remote Programming
Our remote programming is completely tailored to meet the needs of any individual. Your coach will meet with you in person or virtually, to discuss your training goals, and develop relevant methods of assessing your strengths and weakness. Your coach will take this data and develop a fully personalized training program, designed to be right for you. Programs can range anywhere from 3 to 10 training hours per week depending on the client’s capabilities and training stress management. Remote programming also gives you online access to your program as a living document, so you can post information to your workout in real-time for your coach to review.
Pricing (Per Month):
First Month – $200
All Months following – $150
